Affordable housing scheme progressing well at Union Street, Luton

After completing a s106 obligation and securing planning permission from Luton Borough Council in October 2024 for 36 two-bedroomed apartments and 9 one-bedroomed apartments, work is progressing well on the site at Union Street, Luton.  The scheme is being built by Brickhill Construction Limited for Hightown Housing Association and once completed will provide 100% affordable homes, which will go some way towards meeting the considerable housing needs for such accommodation in the area.
