Garden room extension in Hook Norton, Oxfordshire
CTPL obtained planning permission in January 2024 for clients who wanted to add a single-storey rear extension (garden room and porch) to their detached home in Hook Norton, Oxfordshire. This came almost a quarter of a century after a two-storey extension was built at the rear of the house. It was therefore pleasing to see how these two extensions come together to enhance the rear of the property, which enjoys a sunny aspect, and integrate the house, patio and garden.
